We used Home Tales to design our Victorian end of terrace rear/side extension and loft conversion. The team were fabulous from start to finish - always very responsive, helpful and friendly. Our designer listened to our requirements, produced three great proposals and was happy to make as many tweaks as we wanted until we settled on the final design. Planning permission was granted quickly and Rachel and Clara very helpfully answered any questions we had throughout the whole process. HomeTales helped us with our loft conversion process - from the initial meeting with the architect, through to submitting planning permissions, and finally to providing structural drawings for our builder. We could not be happier with their service - friendly, timely and open to amendments etc when needed. Our designer Stephen was great in accommodating our requests and has really maximised the potential space and Rachel in the office was extremely responsive and gave us great confidence that she was on top of our project from start to finish (chasing the council throughout the planning process etc).
